The town of Farindola is also famous for the production of Pecorino cheese which, with the Consortium, labels this cheese as Pecorino di Farindola; it is the only Pecorino in the world made with pork rennet. The taste is unique and in the Casera Comunale in Piazza Mazzocca you can taste and buy this culinary jewel of this land.
