Week-end with snow-shoes

Tuesday January 31st, 2017 | Last minute

A weekend to learn about the park in winter, when nature seems to sleep, but in reality is more alive than ever. We will use snowshoes to move during the excursion in search of the traces left in the snow by wild animals.

An unusual way to visit the Park is to use snowshoes. When everything is covered by snow, thanks to the traces left by its numerous inhabitants, deer, roe deer, wolf, fox, etc. and thanks to the information provided by our guides will show you a very unusual face of our territory. Snowshoes, recently rediscovered in hiking key, are an ancient form of transportation, which enables all, even those who do not know how to ski, to move the snow without much effort. We will walk into the valleys of the park cloaked by snow cover and cross the vast forests in which the branches of the beech trees, heavy with snow, forming a white gallery and immaculate.
