The LA ROVERELLA farmhouse accommodation is located in the heart of the natural reserve of Lake Penne, in Abruzzo, in the province of Pescara in the Collalto district No. 42 in the municipality of Penne.
Our holiday property is located in a splendid position, surrounded by greenery with centuries-old oak trees nestled on a panoramic hill 300 meters from the River Tavo, about half an hour’s drive from the Gran Sasso d’Italia mountain range and the Riviera Adriatica.
Located in a central area of the Vestine area a few kilometers from the municipalities of Penne, Farindola and Montebello di Bertona, the farmhouse accommodation LA ROVERELLA is the ideal place to rest in serenity and tranquility in close contact with the hospitality of nature surrounded by multiple landscape riches, which create warmth and familiarity.
In the LA ROVERELLA farmhouse accommodation we have:
Two mini apartments, respectively composed of kitchen-living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom;
An accommodation consisting of kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one of which for the disabled and three bedrooms for a total of 10 places, ideal for groups or large families.
It should be noted that those staying in LA ROVERELLA must independently prepare meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the managers will hand over the keys upon arrival in the structure (check-in) and they will be returned at the time of departure ( check-out).
