Thematic weekends dedicated to specific products and recipes. Not a common cooking course, but a special schedule made of different moments and sites.

Day 1

• Arrival and accommodation in Aterno Valley;
• Cooking lesson;
• Dinner based on local dishes;
• Overnight.

Day 2

• Breakfast;
• Cooking lesson;
• Dinner and overnight.

Day 3

• Breakfast;
• Cooking lesson;
• Packed lunch or in local restaurant according to the program;
• Return in the afternoon and departure.
